Room for rent available September 1st, but an earlier move-in can be arranged if needed. Rent is $1,200/month for one person or $1,600/month for two people, with a $600 deposit. The room has a walk-in closet and includes access to a shared bathroom and kitchen, as well as our patio. All utilities and WiFi are included. You’ll also have access to the community amenities, including the pool, gym, laundry facilities, basketball courts, and outdoor areas. It is just two adults and our toddler living in the home. We are clean, quiet, and respectful and are looking for someone who is the same. We are looking to fill 1 room. The bedroom has a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Rent is $817.50 not including utilities. We usually budget for $1,000 especially during summer, but it is typically closer to $950/month. We have a cat in the house as well. He is very sweet and loves to hang out in the living room. We have a washer and dryer in the garage. There is parking available in front of the house. We are a cinnamon-free household due to one of the tenants severe allergy. We are 420 friendly, but just ask that there is no smoking inside the house
