Looking for a female roommate and no couples. Well I have a three bedroom apartment with one of them available. The room is $1500 and located in Irvine. It will be available beginning of May. We pay the utilities and all the bills so all you will be for is your part of the rent. It’s going to be a shared bathroom with one female.
