The front-facing bedroom rents for $1,550/month; the backyard-facing smaller bedroom is $1,200/month. Security deposits equal the rent for each room. Move-in is available after the deposit and first month’s rent. Lease term is one year. For these two rooms the tenants would share the 2nd bathroom. You would be responsible for 1/4 of the utilities.
