There is a washer/dryer in the unit. In addition, there's a large back porch, beautiful natural lighting, and a massive kitchen and living room area. I also have outdoor furniture on the balcony, a kitchen table, couch, coffee table, and my roommate is looking to get rid of some other stuff before moving that we have first dibs on if we want it. A little about me and the space: I’m a 27-year-old female, working full time. I’m very respectful of shared spaces and really value keeping things clean, tidy, and comfortable. I’m pretty laid back and easy to live with, and I’m looking for someone responsible, respectful, and communicative. The rent is ~$945 not including electric. The wifi/cable, sewer, and water bills are included in the rent. Electricity is through Dominion.
