Mentally stable. I’m in my 30s, work in local government, and have a certified therapy dog (golden doodle). I enjoy hiking, camping, going to the gym, walking my dog, spending time with friends, concerts/musicals, and cooking. There is a large shared yard close to the front door, a close fenced in parking space, and garage and other closet storage space.

Gas/electric and internet are extra, trash/sewer/water included in rent. One year lease would start October 1st, 2026. The bedroom is about 12’x10’, and the main unit is ~1000 square feet total with an in-unit washer and dryer, a wood-burning fireplace, and a balcony. The living room and the kitchen both have plenty of space, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, and fridge. There is some living room furniture in the unit, but some of it might be leaving and we can definitely make space for your own furniture. The bedroom will be unfurnished/empty. This unit on the second floor of a two-story building with four total units, so there are some shared walls with one unit but no one else above us. There is both on-and off-street parking available! This is a great location for anyone who wants to easily access both Denver and the mountains, as it is super easy to hop on 6th. There’s a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Ideal spot if you enjoy getting out to the mountains (it's taken me 50 minutes to get to ABasin) and don't want to fight traffic. Ample street parking in a quiet, residential neighborhood located at the base of Green Mountain, you'll have access to trails a couple minutes out the door. Hot tub, big backyard, and TONS of storage. Oh, and if you didn't see the garage, it's got every fitness toy imaginable. The $950/month covers everything, the landlord is the most responsive I've ever had. Shooting for a 9/1 start date, but I'm open to chatting about alternative dates

Private room with a dedicated bathroom in a comfortable home in Wheat Ridge. The bathroom would basically be yours, but the washer and dryer are located in there, so I would need to access it for laundry. You’d have use of the kitchen, living areas, fenced backyard, and some extra basement storage. The house has hardwood floors, central heat and AC, and off-street parking. I also have a sweet 7-year-old Husky/Lab mix who lives here, so you definitely need to be comfortable living with a dog. The location is really convenient for getting around Denver, with easy access to I-70, the Highlands, Tennyson Street, Sloan’s Lake, and downtown. It’s also easy to head west toward the mountains. I’m looking for the right fit more than anything. Someone responsible, respectful, and easygoing who is comfortable sharing a home while also having their own space and independence. I keep a pretty relaxed home and appreciate open communication, consideration for each other, and someone who is comfortable living with a dog. I’d love to find someone who wants the house to feel like home, not just a place to rent a room.
