I am a working mom with two 21/22 year old college kids and 2 dogs so home environment would need to maintain a peaceful, respectful, and family-oriented vibe. I am looking for a roommate who is low-key, quiet, a working professional with a steady routine, respectful of shared spaces and values cleanliness, does not smoke or host parties/gatherings, is comfortable and loves dogs, drama free environment.

Private in safe quiet neighborhood! Beautiful property with mature trees and pool! We’re 2 guys and we aren’t home often, I travel for work so I’m not there often. The other roommate is friendly and very quiet, he works 2 jobs and leaves are about 10 am and gets home at about 230am, needless to say, we don’t party here and we pretty much just stay in our room when we’re home! The place is always clean and we enjoy coming home to it like that! The place is a block from the trolley station and a few blocks from Grossmont Plaza so there’s plenty to eat and Costco is close too!
