One in the basement is not a "finished" bathroom. Living area mostly shared, though the basement can be accessible privately from the garage. Shared laundry, kitchen, etc. Only one spot available in the garage for a car, so I will be parking there. I work from home though so can park in the driveway, as I rarely need to leave the house.
