I have 2 cats and a dog that I need help taking to the backyard 3 times a week (I’m working 3 doubles and she needs to pee) Besides that, I just need somebody clean and respectful, no drama. The pictures have been taken a few years ago, I can provide new ones, but there is not a lot of wear. We kept it pretty clean. Bills are not included, but we will split the bills, it was always in the range of $300 total per month
