Couple looking in Roseville
Συγκάτοικος | Roseville, CA, USA
Hi! We are a couple, ages 22 and 23, searching for either a large, preferably master bedroom/suite to rent in an existing household OR some chill roommates to search for a place together in the Roseville and Rocklin areas. Both of us are full time students and also fully employed making good money as servers. Our days are typically swamped with school, work, or studying, so we are on the search for a quiet living environment to relax in our free time. I spend most of my free time reading, watching shows/movies, going to the gym, playing basketball, or getting outside. My girlfriend loves to play tennis, paddleboard, watch movies, play board games, cook, and anything outdoors. We value a clean and tidy space and hope to find roommates who do as well. Neither of us smoke or party or have any pets. As far as roommates go we can get along with pretty much anyone who respects shared spaces, maintains a clean and quiet living environment, and doesn't search for/create unnecessary drama. We are aiming to move by the first of August but really we are pretty flexible with a move in date. If you have a room available or think we would be a good fit as roommates please reach out with any questions you may have, thanks!

Hi there! I’m a professional, state employee, working full-time remote, which means I’ll be in our room most of the day during standard weekday hours. My partner is a college student also doing classes mostly online. We are looking at our options which include renting our own place outright or renting a decent sized room preferably with its own bathroom. However, we want to control our costs as we do not see ourselves staying there for any more than to 12 months. Bigger with own bathroom means better and less use of common area.

Looking for roommate + place!!
Συγκάτοικος | Roseville, CA, USA
Looking for a roommate and then look for a place together! I prefer a 2x2 apartment but I’m down to try anything:) I prefer to live in the Roseville area but again open to different things:) I work full time and plan to start up school(online) as well:3 I have a boyfriend that I would like to visit often, especially until he gets his own place but he will NOT be living with us. And after he does get his own place I will be very back and forth:) I am very pet friendly and want to get a cat if it’s in my budget(unless you have some pets already) and I have a pet snake

How many people are looking for roommates in Roseville, CA right now?
Use Roomster's roommate finder to browse 58 active roommate profiles in the Roseville market. That pool includes people targeting Downtown Roseville, West Roseville, the Galleria area, Sierra College in nearby Rocklin, and the Kaiser and Sutter Roseville campuses, because roommate searches here tend to follow commute to Highway 65 or work, rent budget, and move-in timing more than strict neighborhood lines.
Which Roseville areas are best for finding a roommate?
For shared housing, many renters start with Downtown Roseville and the Old Town Vernon Street area for their walkability, dining, and quick access to the Amtrak Capitol Corridor station. Highland Reserve, Woodcreek Oaks, and Stoneridge pull young professionals near the Galleria, while West Roseville, Fiddyment Farm, and Westpark stay popular with people who want newer homes and lower rent. Proximity to Highway 65, the medical campuses, and Sierra College usually drives the search more than neighborhood labels.
How much do roommates in Roseville typically pay?
In Roseville's shared housing market, typical roommate rent ranges from $750-$1,300/month per person, depending heavily on neighborhood and home size. A two-bedroom split 50/50 near Downtown Roseville or the Galleria might run $2,000-$2,600 total, meaning each roommate pays $1,000-$1,300. A similar split out in West Roseville or Fiddyment Farm could be $1,800-$2,200 total, or $900-$1,100 per person - a meaningful monthly difference across a suburb where newer builds often ask more.
What should I put in my Roseville roommate profile?
A strong Roseville roommate profile clearly lists your rent budget, move-in date, neighborhood preferences, commute needs to Highway 65 or the hospitals, pet situation, and work or lifestyle priorities (e.g., "student at Sierra College, quiet weeknights" or "nurse at Kaiser Roseville, near the Galleria, tidy and social"). The roommate finder works best when your profile is specific, since commute compatibility, budget, and move-in timing usually matter more here than lifestyle copy.
How do I know a roommate in Roseville is who they say they are?
Roomster profiles include ID and address screening, so you can browse the roommate finder with more confidence. Still, always communicate through the platform first, video chat before committing, and schedule an in-person walkthrough of the place. That extra care matters in Roseville, where a steady flow of students, healthcare workers, and Sacramento commuters means listings turn over and rental scams are worth watching for.
What is the best roommate finder app in Roseville, CA?
Roomster's roommate finder works well in Roseville when you use filters for budget, move-in date, and preferred neighborhoods or commute routes. That matters in a market where Downtown Roseville, West Roseville, Highland Reserve, and the Galleria area can all feel like valid options depending on your school or job, commute tolerance, and rent budget.
