Hello! My name is Leiahn, thank you for taking the time to get to know me! I am a full-time student at UWA, in my final year of my undergraduate degree, with a double major in political science & international relations and gender studies. I work part-time as a receptionist in both Shenton Park and Hillary’s whilst balancing studying, but also really enjoy the beach and am an avid pilates person. I love spending time with friends and with the company of others - such as going for a coastal walk, going to a cute wine bar, or having a fun catchup at yochi - but also can very much appreciate some unwind time alone. I am an early bird, and usually always go to bed by 10pm latest so I am around for a good chat, but won’t be around to disturb you late at night. I have lived out of home before, and seeking accomodation while I finish my degree for convenience sake - ideally looking for something NOR from Hillary’s to Nedland capacity due to my varied work schedule, however I am open to most locations! I’m very flexible with move in dates, and eager to move in ASAP for ideally 6months + but flexible with a shorter (and ideally a longer) lease! I hope to make some friends along the way!
