Hello! I’m renting the downstairs bedroom in my house. The homeowner (me) stays in the upstairs bedroom. It is a bathroom home with a loft that I’m converting into a yoga/stretching area. I am only renting one of the bedrooms so you will be the only tenant. The bedroom has a small walk in closet and a linen closet right outside the door as well next to your bathroom (no bathtub). This is a quiet home. Me and my boyfriend work hour shifts, days a week. When we are home, we are home to relax so we don’t throw parties or have guests over. I have 1 golden retriever and 2 indoor/outdoor cat. I’m potentially open to another dog depending on breed/size/friendliness & with a pet deposit/pet damage waiver. The room itself is $ for utilities (this might be higher if you have an electric vehicle you need to charge at home). There is a Tesla charger in the garage.
