The flooring is stained concrete throughout the kitchen and living areas, penny round floor tile in the bathroom with shower (no tub), cork floor in the bedroom. The ceiling height varies under a short section of duct work that is encased outside of the bedroom (lowest point) to height in the kitchen area. There are just two sections of duct work (the one outside of the bedroom and the one in the kitchen). The variation is due to the floor sloping (unnoticeably) from the south side toward the floor drain on the North side.The majority of the space is roughly in height, so if you're REALLY tall, you might not love this.
