CVS, Kimchi, Domino’s, and bike trails are all nearby, and the house is next to the PSU golf course.Rent is $ for the two available rooms (willing to negotiate price of the larger $ room A). Utilities (electricity, trash, and water) usually range between $/month. Internet is included in the rent. Everything is furnished except the bedrooms, but my roommate and I are willing to sell our bedroom furniture for very cheap.The 2 rooms are available for sublease until July, with the option to continue renting long-term.
