Bright and beautiful 2nd floor bedroom in a modern building with lots of lighting. Building amenities include elevator, private parcel box, in unit washer & dryer. Apartment amenities include central air & heating, dishwasher, hardwood floors. Only utilities are electric and internet (no gas). Bus stop right outside the building and short walk to trimet trains.**Must be okay living with Hummus, my friendly cat**I'm looking for ONE PERSON to help finish out the remainder of the lease from Jan - July .

About the space: You would have your own bathroom right outside your bedroom. In unit washer/dryer, central air, and elevator access. This unit comes with optional garage parking for an additional fee. Located in North Portland very close to i5. The bedroom is big enough for a full or queen size bed and a dresser or desk. There is also a den space that can be shared if you need to put a desk there.Cost: $ includes MOST utilities. Electric would be split and varies month to month. Internet is $ each. What I’m looking for: ideally someone who is a fellow introvert and doesn’t have guests over often. I’m pretty laid back with most things, but please clean up after yourself. Must be ok living with 2 cats. I work a stable m-f schedule and like to keep to myself most of the time. **NO more pets allowed**

One bedroom is available in a 4-bedroom house near Duke and th Ave, opposite Glenwood City Park, with plenty of street parking. Rent is y dollars per room per month with all utilities included (gas, electricity, sewer, water, garbage, and internet). Three people will share a full bath and one kitchen. The security deposit is the same as the rent price and the application fee is fifty dollars for a background check. The room is unfurnished and for a single person only. No pets, no smoking, and no party/drinking inside the house, sorry!
