The bedrooms are all located upstairs, the common areas: kitchen, living room, dining area, and half bath are all located on the first floor. The common areas are furnished, i ask that everyone cleans up their own dishes and mess. I am all for everyone to be creative whether it be in the kitchen or painting on the lanai.
