Quiet area in Van Buren County, close to South Haven & Bangor. Close to Lake Michigan Community College campus in South Haven. The house is on nineteen acres with a paved driveway. The room is on the smaller side but can comfortably fit a bed, dresser, desk, & night stand and has a decent sized closet. The room is on the main level off of the living area. Electric & internet included. Washer and dryer in the basement available for use. No garage access. I prefer no more pets in the home but this is open for discussion. I bought this house 3 years ago as a fixer upper and am still working on improvements and upgrades. Mid thirties single female with no children & 2 dogs. My mother recently took residence here and is renting the other room currently. I work a full time job and am home most of the time I am not at work. I am very laid back and keep to myself. Cannabis user and vape. Former smoker. I rarely have people over. I love the outdoors and spend as much time outside as I can. I also have a hobby wood working wood shop in the garage I spend a lot of time in. I have 2 dogs Luna & Stellar. Luna is a 5 year old Beagle Lab mix and Stellar is a 3 year old pit mix. They are caged in their cage with outdoor access that is in the living room when I am not home. They are friendly, fixed, and UTD on shots. Luna is a runner so it is important to watch her when entering and exiting.
