We are a BIPOC queer and trans house located in Koreatown, a minute walk from BART, 1 minute walk from the bus as well as a grocery store, and about 3 blocks from downtown. We are in quite a busy area but have a private backyard, driveway and porch to hang out on. Our house has two shared common areas, a kitchen and dining room, laundry room, and two bathrooms. We also have two non-human occupants (an adorable baby bunny boy named Opal and a recently adopted transitionally outdoor cat named Howl Cowell). We are all young adults (early to mid s) and most of us work with youth/social services/customer-facing jobs and unable to be completely COVID safe due to the nature of our work.
