Also included are two sets of towels/washcloths. The owner is willing to supply additional items upon request. Laundry is located in the basement of the unitAn unfinished basement and lots of shared closet space throughout the unit are also available for any storage needs. There is also a deck out back with a patio table and chairs you are welcome to use to enjoy some sunshine!All utilities, trash, recycling, and internet are included in the rental price.
