Hello, I have a .5 bathroom, 2 story condo in La Jolla, about 5 minutes walking distance from UTC mall. There are 3 bedrooms in total. The one in the picture is the room on the first floor and is the only room on the first floor. There is also an attached bathroom to it. Upstairs there is two additional rooms. The rent is about a month ( water and gas included). WiFi and the SDG&E is split monthly between the roommates. I do have a pet dog so no other pets allowed please.
