This is a first floor 2br 2bth apartment with one roommate, front door goes directly outside (no private hallway). The room is big and has two large windows with a view of the flowers and yard. A lot of furniture/things shown will be moved out. Sorry, no dogs:( there is a cat in the apartment who is sweet unless there is a pupper present. Price is honestly unbeatable. The grounds are well maintained, the staff is super friendly, understanding, responsive, and they're locally owned so they don't hike up prices needlessly. I've lived in 8 different apartment complexes throughout my life and this is the best by a thousand miles. What I'm looking for in a roomie: Preferably a woman, but not a dealbreaker necessarily.
