Hi there i am James. I am moving to Knoxville in June or possibly earlier mid may and am looking to find a room to rent around the Knoxville, Farragut area. I already have a job i am transferring to so thats one thing ready to go. A little about me I pay rent early. clean, Very laid back and have an open communication style. I love to workout, stay healthy, fish, hike, and kayak. I dont drink or smoke and dont want to live with people who smoke in the house or are heavy drinkers. I am an actor, producer and filmmaker so I am gone often creating something fun in the community. I do expect to be able to bring a girl over every now and then. Not every night but I would like to know that wont be an issue. I do come and go at weird hours so if you are a light sleeper it might not be a great fit. not loud at all but if i get home from work at 1130 and want to cook i want to know i dont have to walk on eggshells ya know. a mechanic so very handy. I dont need a ton of room but I would like an area to put my tools 3 foot by 3 foot area. looking for a month to month but plan on living there for about a year maybe a bit more.
