Hi y'all! I am thrilled to be returning to NYC after a couple of years away working in Philly. I'm very experienced living with others, years in NYC of roommate life. I love others who value cleanliness and a balance of social time + self care time. I've been a fashion exec for most of my career, so I value a HUGE closet in my apartment hunt. I am looking for either a large room in an existing apt, or to team up with others to rent out a new apartment. I do have the furnishings to complete most of an apartment if needed: chic sectional velvet couch, leather recliner chairs, kitchen island + two leather seats, credenza, kitchen essentials. I will be in the office 5 days a week, so a great set up if my roommate will either be flexible or WFH. I also like to gym a lot, so will likely rarely be at home during the week except to cook + rest.
