Only one side of the apartment shares a wall with neighbors (The kitchen/bathroom walls). The building has two entrances, although not wheelchair accessible. This apartment is close to a trail, within walking/biking distance of Phalen and Beaver Lakes, right off of a White Bear Ave which has multiple useful bus routes, and close to the which goes straight to downtown on 7th street. I am a single man with no use for the extra room. There is a Cub Food, Aldi, and Target each around a mile away, other smaller supermarkets around half a mile or less away, and a couple of delicious restaurants nearby as well. A few blocks away from a park named Hazel Park. There is very few, if any, through traffic. Due to there being a train track cutting off through streets near a distribution center.
