Female Rommate ( House )

Gesamte Unterkunft | South Bristol Street, Santa Ana, CA, USA

🏡 Room for Rent – Female Roommate Only Hello, girls! 💛 We’re looking for a female roommate who is clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing to join our home. Our house is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood right next to South Coast Plaza. The location is amazing—close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, shopping, gyms, and just about everything you need, while still feeling peaceful. One of our favorite things about the house is the outdoor space. We have beautiful mature trees, including an apple tree and an avocado tree, which give the house a peaceful, homey feeling. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Parking is easy! You’ll have a spot in the driveway, so you won’t have to worry about street parking. Everyone in the house has their own routine, and we all respect each other’s space and privacy. We also share household responsibilities with a simple cleaning schedule. Each person takes one week per month, so in reality, you only clean the common areas once a month. It keeps the house clean and makes everything fair for everyone. We’re looking for someone who: * Is clean and organized.* Is responsible and pays rent on time.* Is respectful and considerate of others.* Enjoys a peaceful home environment. This is not a party house. We value a quiet, comfortable, and positive atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Everyone in the house is respectful, easygoing, and has their own routine. We all value a clean, peaceful, and comfortable place to call home. If you’re looking for a cozy home with great roommates and think you’d be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you! When you message us, please tell us a little about yourself. 😊

Häufig gestellte Fragen

  • How many apartments for rent are listed in Buena Park, CA?

The apartment market here is deeper than the city's size suggests, because Buena Park is one of the few north Orange County cities where renters are close to half the population - 45 percent of households rent, against 55 percent who own, at a density of 7,981 people per square mile. Roomster shows 44 apartments for rent around the city right now, running along Beach Boulevard, through the E-Zone and out toward the Interstate 5 and State Route 91 interchange that defines the city's geography.

  • How much does it cost to rent an apartment in Buena Park, CA?

A studio averages about $1,864 for roughly 454 square feet and a one-bedroom $2,140 for about 725, while a two-bedroom runs near $2,593 for around 954, putting the citywide average at $2,389 across 835 square feet after a rise of just 0.35 percent on the year. The market is heavily concentrated: 51 percent of Buena Park rentals fall between $2,001 and $2,500, so the band matters more than the average. You can still find one-bedrooms under $1,900 a month in the older buildings along Beach Boulevard south of the 91 and toward the Stanton line.

  • How much can the rent go up on a Buena Park apartment for rent?

On a unit that the statewide Tenant Protection Act covers, the ceiling is not a flat number - it is 5 percent plus the change in the cost of living, capped at 10 percent whichever way the arithmetic lands. The detail most renters miss is which cost-of-living figure applies: the law uses the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the metropolitan area the property sits in, which for Buena Park means the Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim index rather than a statewide number, and it is measured from April 1 of the prior year to April of the current year. So the lawful maximum shifts annually with a regional index, and two identical increases can be legal in one year and not the next.

  • What notice is required before a rent increase on a Buena Park apartment for rent?

It depends entirely on the size of the increase, under California Civil Code section 827. An increase of 10 percent or less requires 30 days' written notice - and an increase of exactly 10 percent falls in that lower category, not the higher one. Once the increase goes above 10 percent, the notice period jumps to 90 days. The trap is cumulative: the 90-day rule applies when the proposed increase, combined with any other increases in the preceding 12 months, exceeds 10 percent, so a landlord cannot split one large rise into two smaller ones and keep the short notice period. Check the dates on any previous increase before you accept the notice you have been given.

  • Are there apartments for rent near Buena Park's Metrolink station and freeways?

Buena Park sits where Interstate 5 and State Route 91 cross, which is the reason the city grew as it did and the reason a rental here reaches most of the region quickly. Apartments toward the Auto Center Drive and station side put you nearest the platform and are the ones where giving up a car is realistic; those along Beach Boulevard, which is State Route 39, trade that for the shortest run to the entertainment district and the retail strip. OCTA buses cover the local grid, and for flying, Fullerton Municipal is the nearest field with Long Beach Airport about 13 miles away.

  • How do Buena Park apartment rents compare with Fullerton, Anaheim and Garden Grove?

Buena Park undercuts nearly every city that borders it, which is the main reason to rent here. Its $2,389 average sits below Fullerton at about $2,559, Garden Grove at $2,500 and Anaheim at $2,498, and well below Santa Ana at $2,820, Long Beach at $2,702 and Huntington Beach at $2,890. Only Downey, near $2,285, is clearly cheaper among the larger neighbors, and that means crossing into Los Angeles County. What you give up for the saving is beach proximity, not access: the freeway crossing and two Metrolink lines mean a Buena Park address is not a compromise on commuting.
