I own the home with my wife, though she doesn't live here, and the house is shared with one dog and two cats, so you’ve got to love animals! You'll have full access to the kitchen, living room, front sitting room, washer/dryer, and a great rear covered patio with a grill. Rent is completely all-inclusive of utilities and Wi-Fi. The current roommate leaves in the next week, so I just need a few days for a deep clean before a new tenant arrives.
