Hello! My roommates and I are leaving our lease and looking for people to take over. Split between four people, it is very affordable. Utilities are not included in the rent, as that needs to be set up by a tenant. Home will not be furnished upon move in.

One bedroom is available in a 4-bedroom house near Duke and th Ave, opposite Glenwood City Park, with plenty of street parking. Rent is y dollars per room per month with all utilities included (gas, electricity, sewer, water, garbage, and internet). Three people will share a full bath and one kitchen. The security deposit is the same as the rent price and the application fee is fifty dollars for a background check. The room is unfurnished and for a single person only. No pets, no smoking, and no party/drinking inside the house, sorry!
