Asking for $840/month ALL-INCLUSIVE. I will not bill you for any utilities, just $840 flat rate for each month you live there. Incredibly nice and cheap compared to a one bedroom/studio apartment in the area; just need to share the kitchen/living room with two very laid back people. All we ask is that you are a respectful person and not a smoker (and no kids, sorry). Also open to having two people join us, you would just need to share the second bedroom and we’d ask for $935/month combined.
