You'll have a lovely, private, furnished bedroom upstairs with a memory foam queen bed, TV (incl. select streaming services), two dressers, two nightstands, and a good-sized closet. You'll share the bathroom with my wife but have your own sink.Utilities are included. Curbside parking in front of the house. You'll also have full access to the indoor common areas: kitchen, dining room, family room (with pool table), our stylish lounge w/bar, upstairs loft with workout area (Vault fitness equipment and videos), upstairs breakfast nook (Keurig, microwave, sink), and laundry room. In the backyard, enjoy the saltwater pool with waterfalls, built-in spa, sunken fire pit, and ping pong table. We're looking for a trustworthy, respectful, friendly, and reasonably tidy roommate — no need to be a clean freak, but picking up after yourself (dishes, garbage, clutter) keeps things good for everyone. ABOUT YOU: A friendly, respectful non-smoker who's drug-free (alcohol is fine). No pets, please. The room is for one person — occasional overnight guests are welcome, but not on a regular basis, as we're not looking to take on a fourth roommate. ABOUT US: We're friendly and respectful. We value your privacy, but we'll also welcome you to join the summertime fun when friends and family visit (we're "the more the merrier" type), play board/ games or ping-pong, and even tag along for the occasional local winery visit (only 10-15 min away). Basically: be social and hang out sometimes or keep to yourself — we're good either way. THE DETAILS: Rent is $1,300/month with a 3-month minimum. To move in, we'll need $2,600 up front — first month's rent plus last month's rent paid in advance. There's also a $50 non-refundable background check fee, due with your rental application.
