Please message me with your desired move-in date, work situation, and whether you have any pets.

Downtown space near Gaslamp; it's pretty central, so if you don't have your own car, you can walk almost anywhere. You'd have your own room with a hallway bathroom. Access to the kitchen and living room. Currently, it's just me and my bf living here with our dog; he is super friendly and crate-trained. We both work a lot so we're never really around. We have a washing machine and dryer in our apartment. The apartment also has a gym, game room, pool, and lounge that you would have access to. We're looking for a roommate to sublease month-to-month. The building has a parking garage; we'd need to figure out how to get you on that pass. If you prefer, I'm open to adding you to the regular lease, which would let you purchase your own parking pass; however, you'd need to meet the building's financial requirements and pay first month's rent plus a security deposit. They'll ask for a lot of things if you go this route, but the amenities are pretty nice and well-maintained. Please don't bring any more pets. We're also open to military, with quick access to 32nd Street and Balboa Naval Base.

It is a 12 month lease. The building itself is in Serra Mesa right by Kearney Mesa and up the hill from Mission Valley. Quiet neighborhood but plenty of street parking. There is no AC but overhead fans in every room. Laundry room onsite at back of building that takes quarters. No Smoking. No pets policy and minimum credit score of 625. ( both enforced by our management company)We are 2 males 29 and 30. I’m an auto claims adjuster and the other is a grad student at UCSD. We are both relaxed, big into gaming and horror movies.
