Room has sliding glass door, closet, and ceiling fan. We have an extra full bed with bed-frame and TV stand if needed, but can move out if not needed. There is no private entrance. Condo complex comes with community pool, basketball court, etc. All utilities & internet are included in the rent. Washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, etc. is shared.
