Im 24 years old moving to Indy for work. Im looking to rent a room in either an apartment or house. Im looking for something under $1,000/month in total with utilities. Im a mechanic and I worked as property maintenance for years so Im able to help with things around a residence. I pride myself on cleanliness and hope to find someones who I will be able to keep a tidy place with. I dont have any pets, but dont mind them as long as the cleanliness of the home is not affected by it. I pay my bills on time and stay up on chores.
