I’m looking for a private bedroom starting around May 1st with a budget of about $1700. Neighborhoods: along the coast from PB up through Carlsbad. I’m 33 and work full-time remotely, so I’m home during the day. Ideally I’d be the only one WFH, but not a dealbreaker if the space works. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing.
