The house is a convenient minute drive to campus (I make the drive myself for school). The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it an ideal place to call home.The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials, including appliances, cookware, utensils, dishes, and basic cooking supplies, making it easy for renters to prepare meals comfortably. The entire home has a cozy, vintage style. I’ve been hosting on Airbnb for the past two years, with over reviews, a -star rating, and superhost status (see Airbnb profile link below). Since I'm graduating in December, I'm transitioning to long-term rentals instead of short-term stays.I live in the basement and rent out the three furnished rooms upstairs.
