I'm seeking two individuals to rent two furnished rooms in my mid-century modern home, located in West Columbia near Scott Boulevard. The house is square feet and fully furnished with unique vintage decor. Each bedroom has a bed, mattress cover, and a desk for studying. The house is a convenient minute drive to campus (I make the drive myself for school). The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it an ideal place to call home.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials, including appliances, cookware, utensils, dishes, and basic cooking supplies, making it easy for renters to prepare meals comfortably. The entire home has a cozy, vintage style. I’ve been hosting on Airbnb for the past two years, with over reviews, a -star rating, and superhost status (see Airbnb profile link below). Since I'm graduating in December, I'm transitioning to long-term rentals instead of short-term stays.

I live in the basement and rent out the three furnished rooms upstairs. One room is currently occupied by a full-time student who is clean, easygoing, and well-vetted.

I'm looking for two women to rent the available rooms, though I may consider men. Renters should be clean, communicative, hardworking, and able to provide proof of income, whether through employment or financial support from parents. The one year lease will start in January.

Free street parking is available, along with an on- laundry machine and dryer. Monthly rent of $ includes utilities (water, electricity, internet). A security deposit is also required

Please note that the photos do not exactly represent how the bedrooms are now. I have done updating on the bedrooms since the photographs were taken (like added desks to each room). The living spaces have not changed much since the photos were taken.
