You will have full access to all parts of the house. We have a private, gated front yard, a dog park right outside the front door, a fixed propane grill emplacement a short walk away, a community pool and clubhouse. The Springs is a gated community with an on- maintenance team and a food truck that shows up monthly. There is also CVS, numerous doctors offices, a Physician's Regional Urgent Care clinic, Publix, and the Shoppes at Hammock Cove all within walking distance (Roughly 15 minutes on foot) Rent will be $850 on the 1st of every month.
