Hey! I’m Louis, 28, and I’ve been living in a super nice 3 bed / 2 bath house in central Boulder for the past 3 years. I’m hoping to find 1–2 new housemates to renew the lease with me in late March for the next term, which runs from June 6, 2026 to June 6, 2027. This part is important: we need to know who’s in by late March, since that’s when the lease renewal happens. Depending on timing, moving in before June is very possible.
