It’s perfect for a single individual for the 1 room, also nearby to shopping centers, grocery stores, and to Sac State within a few minutes of driving with an option for local bus routes to and back to the residence with public transit being capable of transporting you to surrounding areas such as the mall, near Costco, and Winco, needs to be pet friendly as owner dogs will be in the patio, occasionally in the backyard, and inside in their crates indoors during the night, also the owner will be living onsite. Owner (myself) likes to play music and smoke cigarettes on his off time, outside only though.Misc information: A valid ID will be required for the month-to-month contract. The room is unfurnished, it has a closet/storage-type style in the room with the bathroom being shared, and you will have kitchen access. For the room you pay for, you get most appliances to use. There will be some house rules provided at the time of viewing and when you move in.
