Hello, We are three young and middle-aged male professionals. One of us is in the trades and the other two are in software. We have a room available in our four-bedroom apartment at Sanctuary at Highland Oaks apartments complex. The room is unfurnished, despite the images' furniture. You will have to bring a bed or whatever you want. It is 148 ft^2: 132 ft^2 of main space plus ~16 ft^2 of close space. We have high speed internet, which includes WiFi or hard cable for every of the apartment because we're all gamers. The bathroom is shared with two other roommates. In order to live in the apartment, you have to join the lease, which requires a background, credit, and income check by the apartment complex for $75. If you have a felony, they will reject you.
