Close to Chadstone Shopping Centre, Oakleigh’s dining precinct, 5 mins to train station, and Monash Freeway. dog on premise. Rent is with out bills. Bills aprox 50 a week. With fast wifi. 2 weeks rent bond required.

250$/week is my highest budget.Specifically looking for a fully furnished room (if not, but everything I need is there, that's okay too, as long as it's clean)If possible, electricity, water, and free wifi are included in the 250$/week and also I'm an indonesian so it would be nice if the landlord is an indonesian (otherwise is alright too)I'm okay with no AC That's all for now, I pretty much tolerate anything as long as the location is strategic.
