My roommate and I are looking to sublease our bathroom apartment at Stetson Square for Summer . Rent is $ per person plus utilities. Great location - Stetson Square is miles from UC Main Campus ( minute walk) and miles from Medical Campus (5 minute walk) plus there is a free shuttle service offered. Hardwood in main living area/kitchen and carpeted bedrooms. Walkout porch from living room area. Bedrooms are same size, bedroom 1 had a walk-in closet and bathroom attached. Bedroom 2 has closet and detached bathroom. Washer/Dryer included! Kitchen amenities include fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Residents have gym access/outdoor pool access/movie theater access/study room access/Complimentary coffee bar access included. Parking is optional (parking pass required - monthly parking fee) but street parking is available.

This apartment has been cozy for the past few months. The lease ends in May . Just need someone to take the apartment because I am moving out of state at the end of December. You would just need to pay Jan-April as May is already covered. All utilities are covered under rent and trash is already paid for. The only outside utility is wifi if you want it. Apartment is right down town across from and the PRT is easily accessible. Plenty of natural lighting for plants and great windowsills for cats to sunbathe.

It's a spacious lake facing apartment (open to south) on the 2nd floor, ideal for a small family, at a very safe and beautiful Golfside Lake Apartments community. You will get it $ cheaper if you take over the lease from Jan/Feb. The utility charges comes around $. This rate $ pm will be there until June end. Its just 8min walk from Washtenaw public bust stop and 1 min walk from Golfside Lake bus stop. Similarly Walkable to grocery, restaurants, Pizza dollar store, secretary of State office, banks.The house is full of light and degrees open from the balcony. A good place for winter. We loved this place.Laundry downstairs. It has a fridge, oven, and dishwasher. We stayed for 5yrs. Comes under Ann Arbor schools. Contact immediately. Drawing and Bedrooms are spacious.
