Room has private bathroom, new AC and Heating units, all utilities are included. Including high speed internet. Sorry no cats or dogs, I already have two rescues a Boston terrier and a cat. You must meet them and be okay with them. Willing to lower monthly rent for the right fit or for someone that doesn’t require a closet. If not room is the price after I clear my old storage closet. Room for sure available 1 of August maybe a little sooner if you have minimal stuff and don’t need a closet. Also parking is street parking only.
