One bedroom is available in a 4-bedroom house near Duke and th Ave, opposite Glenwood City Park, with plenty of street parking. Rent is y dollars per room per month with all utilities included (gas, electricity, sewer, water, garbage, and internet). Three people will share a full bath and one kitchen. The security deposit is the same as the rent price and the application fee is fifty dollars for a background check. The room is unfurnished and for a single person only. No pets, no smoking, and no party/drinking inside the house, sorry! We are moving into this sweet townhouse, and are looking for housemates for each of the two suites on the top floor.The top floor suites both have large windows, tons of natural light, walk in closets, and large private bathrooms. One boasts a gorgeous view of the river, and has a second window with a view of some sweet trees. Super duper close to The Willamette Greenway multi use path, Marquam Nature Park, George Himes Park, Willamette Park, the river, downtown, and OHSU. Very bikeable if you like biking uphill.
