We both enjoy sports, watching movies, meeting new people and having a good time. He is an IT professional and I am a graduate student. Rent includes all utilities and there is no deposit. We are located in a great area of north Austin off Parmer lane and Anderson Mill road.

I’m looking for another roommate to share a 3BR house in the Gracy Woods area of North Austin with 2 current roommates. The house is close to the Domain and numerous hiking and biking trails. House has off-street parking and a great, responsive landlord. Your space would include one of the upstairs bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Common areas include the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Utilities include gas heat, central A/C, electric, fiber, and washer/dryer. Rent is $850 a month plus utilities. Security deposit is $895
