This is a cozy one-bedroom apartment, perfect for someone looking for a comfortable and manageable space. The bedroom is similar in size to a college dorm but features a nicely sized closet that offers plenty of storage. The living room comes furnished with a couch, and I’ll be adding a 65-inch TV and a table, making it a great space to relax or hang out. You’d also be sharing the space with Hunter, my friendly 10-year-old dog, who’s very well-behaved and easy to live with. The lease would begin in late May 2026 and run through May 2027, offering a full year of stability.

Looking for a roommate! 1 bedroom available, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Bathroom has a bathtub. I have 1 dog and 1 cat. I have an old school mind and think honestly. I also vape but not heavily, and smoking is okay with me as long as the cigs are done on the balcony. I like to garden as well *wink*. I have an old school vibe, and my place is very much that. This building was built in the 60s and has a quaint charm to it.
