I have a room for rent with it’s own bathroom in my 2 bed 2 bath condo in Cambridge Court located just south of the medical center. It can come furnished or I can move the furniture into storage if you have your own. The listed price includes all utilities and wifi. There is uncovered parking, an in-unit washer and dryer, easy access to public transportation, and several pools and a hot tub in the complex. I have a cat and would be open to another one. The rest of the unit is furnished I’m a 27 year old male working in a research lab in the medical center. [REDACTED] sports, and watching movies or sports. Mainly looking for someone that is somewhat clean, respectful, and pays rent on time! I tend to get along with everyone and have never had a bad roommate experience. Internet, electricity, gas, water, etc. are included. You would have access to all the common areas (kitchen, living room, den, etc) as well as laundry facilities. You would have half of the 2 car garage for your vehicle. I do not have a pool but you would have access to the community pool which is about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the home. It is only open during the summer months.
