2000 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath house near downtown. House is home to me and my 3 year old basset hound Myrtle. I'm pretty laid back and generally quiet. Plenty of parking. Room is furnished but can be emptied if you have your own furniture. Small home gym. First and last months rent.

The bathroom is shared with three other people, and each guest has an assigned space, identified by their room number, where they may store personal hygiene items if they wish. We recommend bringing your own personal hygiene kit for convenience. The room is designed to provide a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Please note that it does not have a traditional door; instead, it features a blackout curtain that ensures privacy and effectively blocks out light. This setup is practical and functional, but it is important to consider this detail before booking to make sure it meets your needs and expectations. There are four other people living in the house, each staying in their own private room. You are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, and laundry facilities. In the kitchen, you will find a storage space marked with the number 5 (corresponding to your room), where you may keep your food items. The same applies to designated space in the refrigerator and freezer. You are free to come and go as you please. We only ask that you make sure the front door is securely locked whenever you enter or leave the house. To maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone, parties, visitors, and smoking inside the house are not allowed. If you smoke, you are welcome to do so outside. These rules are in place to ensure that all guests can rest well after a long day. For the safety of all guests—since each person has a private room and may not know the other residents—there are two security cameras in the common areas. One is located in the kitchen and dining area, and the other is on the second floor in the laundry area. These are the only cameras in the property and are installed strictly for everyone’s safety and security. This space has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home, offering the comfort, peace, and convenience you are looking for during your stay in Kissimmee.

Looking to rent extra room in 2 bd/2ba apartment. You will also have your own bathroom. Apartment has an amazing location right on the corner of Washington and Heights Blvd, directly behind HEB and adjacent to Spotts Park and Buffalo Bayou. Complex also has great amenities. Solid gym and the best pool in the area. Large pool with four 25m lanes. You can’t ask for a better location. Great walkable restaurants and bars. Easy freeway access, centrally located in the loop. Rate is all inclusive. Wifi, washer/dryer, electric, water, trash, gated parking, renter’s insurance, security deposit all included. I would prefer someone who works nights but it is not a requirement. I’m a small business owner and work long days, usually out by 830am and back between 8pm and 8am. I do have two dogs. I am looking for someone who is clean, employed with steady income in a career, who does not have a criminal past and who can not only pass a background check but also has no prior evictions. If you smoke I don't care, as long as you don't do it in the house. You must produce at least 2 months proof of income. My 1 and a half year old daughter visits so I am only comfortable with a female roommate. You can buy a deadbolt door lock to your room and bathroom and can watch me install it for you and you keep the key so that you feel safe and know that you are the only one with access to your personal areas. I will even pay for the locks. I work a ton so I'm not home a lot and I work 12 hour shifts at night. We will split the cost for electrical 3 ways. I don't care of you have overnight guest as long as it's not to the point where they try to move in. I am extremely respectful and will discuss with you what makes you feel comfortable and fully comply with that. If you need the room furnished I'm willing to purchase a new bed, mattress, and dresser and reasonably priced television.
