I have 2 individual rooms for rent in a spacious bath townhouse, starting in August year lease. The townhouse is located in the Hay Market Square Community on the westside of Blacksburg. It is within a walking distance to Food Lion and HWB/WHC bus stop. One bedroom has a private bathroom that lists for $/mo, on the second floor. The main level has a kitchen, dining area, and living room; all of which is available to residents. In the basement area there is a laundry room and additional storage area. There is free parking space for the tenants. Utilities are divided between 4 residents, and are within range per month each (electric/water/internet). A deposit equal to 1 month rent is required.
