One-block from One-House Bakery, 2 blocks to Solano Square shops, very close to community park, swimming pool, tennis courts, and right on the delightful West J street pedestrian corridor. Great weather, safety, close to the water...all the amenities of small town America living! House is shared by two other tenants.Shared living room, diningroom, large kitchen, washer/dryer hallway, 2nd shared bath, sunny front den room, and also great front porch overlooking West J St, big front and side yards for gardening, and rear deck and large barbecue deck with barbecue, giant umbrella, and heat lamp. Plenty of street parking in front of house.No other pets other than the current owner/tenant's 2 cats which only have access to the kitchen for feeding.Owner is architect/musician.
