Apartment looks over a beautiful courtyard and has a decent sized balcony. Smoking not allowed in home but is allowed 25 feet from buildings. There’s heat but you need portable A/C for summertime. Looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in a quiet community in the Garden Home area of SW Portland, near Beaverton. The bedroom 11ft x 11ft 9in.
