Hello! My roomate and I are looking to rent out a large room that is unused in our condo starting September 1st, 2026. We are in the heart of Weymouth, a very convenient location right by the highway and walking distance to many shops (Whole Foods, Walgreens, Starbucks, Petco, etc.). The total cost would be $995 monthly, and this would include rent, electric, Wi-Fi, and parking fee in the monthly rent. Both myself and my partner both work 40-50 plus hours a week, are gone during the day a lot but always home at night. We are business professionals. We have two very cuddly, loving, friendly cats so must be a pet lover (one will try to take over your bed, lol). Looking at roomies with reliability, respect, and cleanliness in shared spaces.
